What have been your prior experiences with Web 2.0 technologies? Do you consider yourself a leader or follower in this realm, or something else altogether? Why? Also, discuss what you hope to get out of this class.
My prior experience with Web 2.0 has until recently being on the periphery, using Facebook and MySpace for the most part. However recent courses within the curriculum have opened my eyes to wiki's, blogs (Podbean in particular), and the like. At this juncture, I'm pretty much a follower with my eye toward development into more of a leader - time will tell. I'm somewhat of a hybrid with a composite of leader and follower mixed together. That's likely due to my relative newness to the realm; I hope as time and experience increase, that'll change. I hope to develop a deeper appreciation for these technologies and an understanding of how to best leverage them. I'm open to the idea of W20 enhancing the learning experience. Good night all!
